PennWest California Convocation Center Faculty and staff Checklist
1. Have you coordinated space yet?
- If you have not yet secured your event location, please submit an Event Request Form to be notified by one of our University event schedulers.
2. Have you determined how many people you are having?
- Check out some sample Layouts here to determine which set up will work best for your event
- View room layouts and furniture options.
3. Are you having Food and Beverage at your event?
- Your event manager at the Convocation Center will coordinate this for you
- Check out the menu of options
4. Have you set your event’s agenda?
- Remember to share this with your event manager!
5. Do you have any logos or images you want displayed on the building’s digital signage?
- Send these to your event manager as well.
6. Do you have attendees coming from off campus who will need to park on campus?
- Complete the Event Parking Request Form and send to Mary Kirk (kirk@calu.edu)
- Complete the Digital Entrance Sign Form and send to Gloria Minutello (minutello@calu.edu)
